Once the problem or problems have been identified, together we would develop strategies and goals to replace the negative patterns with positive thoughts, feelings and behavior patterns. I utilize various treatment modalities with my clients such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based and Mindfulness interventions.
