I utilize a psychodynamic, client centered treatment approach to address each individual's educational, occupational and interpersonal goals. I work with adults and adolescents (age 14 and up) and provide individual therapy services. I specialize in trauma and PTSD and I am a certified EMDR therapist. I also specialize in a variety of other therapeutic areas including women's issues (postpartum depression and anxiety, fertility/miscarriage issues), grief and loss, mood disorders, anxiety, suicide prevention, conflict resolution, improving relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and stress management. I also work with first responders and veterans.
