They may be struggling with a behavior, infidelity, substance use/abuse, mental health concerns or trauma, and have some insight about what the problems may be, but have struggled to find the time or motivation to address them. The reason they want to address these issues may be due to internal insight, ongoing relationship issues or because of a negative impact to work , school or home life functioning.As noted couples are welcome as well!
