My primary passion/skill is in working with couples and those with anxiety. I am hope/solution focused and build a safe & welcoming space for my clients. I'll help you walk towards the abundant life/marriage God desires for you. I would be honored to walk beside you & give you tangible tools in marriage such as learning healthy conflict resolution/communication and how to accept differences to grow in intimacy. For anxiety, I teach you how not be afraid of anxiety & give you tools to work with it instead of against it. We use biblical/therapeutic techniques to learn how to truly take thoughts captive & not allow anxiety to rule.
With couples, I implement the Gottman method. I help you learn how how to communicate/conflict in a healthy way that brings you closer & builds intimacy and trust. I am skilled at helping couples learn how to communicate healthfully & give you guidance on how to do so. We focus on how to approach marriage in a way that aligns with our morals and honors God.
My personal relationship with God is everything to me. I'm eager to help you step into the full, abundant life God has waiting for you. I implement biblical principles into our work together. I am a wife of 13 years & a mother of 3 young children. The Lord has also graciously brought me through the other side of my own anxiety battle, so I relate to many.

Groups
Partners of Sex Addicts
If you are a woman whose spouse has struggled with any kind of sexual addiction such as pornography, video chatting/messaging, affairs, strip clubs, prostitutes, or any other kind of sexual addiction activity, I invite you to join our group as we walk you towards hope, healing and peace. The group will be 12 weeks long, starting Thursday, October 17th from 7-8:30pm and will be every Thursday for 12 weeks. Each group will be $40 each group. *In person space is VERY limited, the group will also be available online for anyone in Idaho or Washington state.*
