It is my aim to reduce human suffering by creating a person-centered, culturally sensitive, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and understood. By fostering this safe space, I help clients explore their emotions, develop self-compassion, and work toward healing and growth. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of Autism, OCD, Depression, Anxiety, Social Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and more. My goal is to help reduce emotional triggers, increase psychological flexibility, and encourage meaningful, value-driven actions to help my patients lead fulfilling lives.
I specialize in my work with children (Aged 5+), adolescents, and families. I also work with all aged adults. I have expertise in helping individuals and families recover from trauma using treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am skilled and have personal experience in navigating multicultural perspectives and concerns.
