I love my work! From facilitating social skills groups for children, to helping teens navigate difficult emotions, to supporting adults through various life stages, I am here for you. I have been working in the mental health field since 2007. I have experience with a wide range of needs, including dual diagnosis, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, parent support, and more! I provide parenting support, social skills group, teen anxiety groups, individual Telehealth therapy, and walk and talk therapy. Parenting group for parents of kids w/ Autism/ADHD
This is a telehealth support group for parents of kids with autism and/or ADHD. As the parent of a child with both diagnoses I understand the need for developing connections with other parents. This group is a mix of tangible behavioral strategies that you can implement in the home as well as a safe place to express your emotions.
