I work with individuals and couples to make contact with their authentic self and actualize lasting change from the inside out. Whether you hope to heal from trauma, develop security in your attachment, or improve your relationship to your partner (or yourself), we can work together to unravel the threads of the past to loosen the stuckness and accomplish your goals.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples to explore dating, relationship patterns, LGBTQ+ topics, attachment, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we work to identify and examine recurring patterns with care and curiosity with both talk-based and somatic approaches to create change from the roots. I am trained in EFT, Gottman, IFS, and EMDR.
