As a native of Southern California, I deeply connect with the diverse communities I serve. My passion for advancing the field of Marriage and Family Therapy led me to pursue extensive education and training, culminating in a Doctoral degree. With a strong foundation in research, clinical practice, and business, I founded two impactful ventures in 2023: The Center for Mental Health Excellence (CFMHE), a California non-profit, and The Institute for Relational Well-being, a national practice. These initiatives reflect my unwavering commitment to enhancing mental health services and promoting community well-being.

As the Executive Director and Clinical Supervisor at CFMHE, I lead a team of skilled therapists dedicated to providing exceptional care. We create a safe, supportive environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore their challenges and build meaningful connections. Our evidence-based approaches are tailored to your unique needs.

Beyond my professional life, I find joy in spending time outdoors with my family, engaging in activities like scuba diving, cooking, and exploring new destinations through travel.
