Let’s take the first step toward growing together. My name is Veronica and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). I have experience working with individuals (children, teens, adults) and couples. My approach is person-centered and meeting my client's where they're at and building trust. My clinical background includes experience with: depression, anxiety, women’s issues, self-esteem, family conflict, life transitions & adjustments, trauma, divorce, marital/relationship issues, boundary setting, work-life balance, career issues, parenting issues, grief & loss, communication & stress.

I practice from a person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed lens of therapy, meeting clients where they’re at, and allowing them a safe space for them to begin their healing journey. I work collaboratively with clients in assessing their needs, identifying goals, and organizes them into easier to obtain steps.

As a counselor, I use warmth, understanding, mindfulness, compassion, & humor when working with clients to create a comfortable therapeutic environment. I believe that while counseling can seem intimidating at first, finding a counselor that’s a good fit for you and is open to hearing your story will create an amazing experience full of growth and happiness.
