For the past 5 years I’ve had the privilege of providing therapy in diverse settings—including a psychiatric hospital, a county jail, schools, in-home, and via telehealth—which has given me the experience to connect with people no matter where they are in their healing process.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating life’s challenges and transitions. I specialize in PTSD/C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and parenting support. I have advanced training in Brainspotting, DBT, and TF-CBT to help guide you.
