I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 26 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic worry, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges, including the impact of domestic abuse. My clinical background includes extensive experience helping clients understand relationship dynamics, recognize unhealthy patterns, and process trauma in a supportive and thoughtful way. I support clients who feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt, emotional distress, or unhealthy relationships and are seeking clarity, confidence, and healing.
I earned my master’s degree in mental health counseling from Bernard M. Baruch College. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, creating space for clients to explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
