Seeking therapeutic help is courageous and I hope you will allow me to help guide you in your journey of reconnection. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Associate, specialized in addictions processes and recovery among varying relationships and families. Through direct yet empathic feedback we will name inequities to root into relational strength. Altogether we will co-create goals, lean on cultural teachings and value resilience to cultivate interdependence.
I deeply believe that healing occurs within community and not in isolation. Having grown up as the oldest child to a family struggling with substance use, I have first-hand experience of the traumatic effects. Expanding integrated treatment that supports the entire system dismantles barriers, is suicide prevention, and increases collective healing.
