Postpartum Support Group: "Who Am I, Again?"
Postpartum: Who Am I? Women's Support Group is a weekly support group designed for maternal caregivers/mothers navigating the emotional and identity changes that often accompany the postpartum period. Through guided discussions, practical coping strategies, and connection with other maternal caregivers, participants will explore their evolving sense of self, build self-compassion, and strengthen confidence in their role as both individuals and parents. This supportive, judgment-free space fosters empowerment, resilience, and meaningful relationships while helping mothers reconnect with their values and identity alongside motherhood.

Adult Children of Alcoholic Parents
Adult Children of Alcoholic Parents is a twice-monthly support group for adults seeking to understand and heal from the lasting impact of growing up with a parent affected by alcohol use. Through guided discussion and shared experiences, participants will process grief, explore how childhood experiences continue to influence current relationships and beliefs, and build resilience in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Together, members will identify healthy coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and explore the choices and opportunities available to create a more fulfilling future.
