I have extensive experience in K-12 & higher education, acute psychiatric care, residential treatment, community based, and out-patient therapeutic environments.
I practice from a person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally humble, whole-person, strength-based orientation. In my practice, I integrate psycho-education about coping skills & relational strategies, while exploring your lived experiences in your cultural context. I am passionate about holding safe spaces and working collaboratively.
