I work with adults who are tired of feeling constantly anxious and worried. Often this worry is accompanied by fatigue, low mood, panic attacks, and difficult to break cycles of avoidance or compulsive behavior. I help clients figure out how to challenge their anxiety while being kind to themselves. I will never judge you or the content of your worried thoughts. Instead, I will support you in understanding the difference between your worry and your true self so that you can live a life based on your values rather than your fears.
I have specialized training in the treatment of trauma to help address the ways that past stress impacts our current thoughts and feelings. I also use cognitive behavioral therapies to support clients in setting their own goals and effectively working towards measurable relief.
