I’ve completed core training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) as well as basic and advanced trainings in EMDR therapy. I also collaborate closely with an in-house medical team to ensure clients receive holistic, integrative care that supports both emotional and physical well-being.
I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, perinatal mental health, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand your emotions, heal from past pain, and create meaningful change.
