Hello and thanks for visiting my page! It can be hard to ask for help so I'm glad that you're here. Life is unpredictable and can be filled with hardship. It can lead to depression, anxiety or feeling overwhelmed. It's normal to need more support during difficult times. It can be even more helpful talking with a professional who is there to help you live the life you want. I feel it's an honor to work with each of my clients. I am particularly passionate about perinatal health. I currently provide therapy via secure telehealth platform in the evenings so you can have therapy from the comfort and convenience of your home.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver burnout and dementia. I have certification in perinatal mental health and am passionate about that population. I also enjoy working with young adults and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. I have worked in many settings including as a medical social worker. I see clients as late as 9pm.

You are the expert on yourself and my role is to provide guidance to help you meet your personal goals. You deserve to invest in your mental health.
