Most people I work with experience anxiety, depression, are dealing with conflicts in their relationships, and are in the process of adjusting to life's changes and stressors. I welcome anyone who desires healing and change. This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and/or managed by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-211. The Board-approved clinical supervisor of this practice is: Ashley Gunn, LPC-17929.
I am trained in EMDR and EFT. Our past truly can and does live in our present. The goal is to identify where our belief systems originated, where our trauma responses originated, and what our attachment style is in order to help heal our mind, body, and soul. Change and healing is possible, even though it's hard.
