But thankfully we can all learn to better identify those issues that may hold us back from personal/interpersonal happiness, to manage conflict and discord, and ultimately to relate to ourselves and others better. Helping people navigate these waters has been my life-long pursuit. I strongly believe that your most important relationship is with yourself, and being comfortable in your own skin is what allows you to build healthy relationships with others. Therefore my goal is to help you accept and love the unique individual inside, in order for you to live your most authentic and fulfilled life.
My passion is working with clients on relational struggles whether it be with family, friends, co-workers or romantic partners. I also have experience working with sex therapy, and specifically enjoy work with non-traditional relationships, ethical non-monogamy, kink and BDSM, and I approach all topics with compassion, knowledge and understanding.
I believe in getting to the root cause, by helping people understand how their past impacts their present/future. I create an safe and accepting environment, and am interactive, with a strong use and sense of self, and tailor my approach to the specific needs of each patient, as I believe there is no one-size fits all approach when it come to therapy!
