My goal is to help you navigate distress and change, to recover who you were before life happened to you. My orientation is primarily somatic (body-focused). As you are ready, we will use modalities such as Lifespan Integration, therapeutic tremor, EMDR, and Mindfulness techniques to clear trauma, build core self, and develop portable skills.
