I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 7 years’ experience helping individuals & families achieve their optimal mental, emotional, & behavioral health. I specialize in treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, work/school stress, low self-esteem, and other uncomfortable emotions.
I utilize a range of evidence-based modalities to best serve each client’s individual needs: Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, as well as EMDR/Play techniques. Additionally, I further support clients through connection to community resources & developing behavior management plans.
