I specialize in working with teens, young adults, individual adults, and families as they face the many emotional, developmental, and relational challenges that arise during life’s transitions. Whether it’s adjusting to a new school, managing anxiety or coping with family conflict, I offer a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. With a compassionate, strengths-based approach, I work collaboratively with each individual and family to understand their needs and goals.
I create a safe, welcoming environment where teens can explore identity and voice, and parents can gain tools and support to feel more confident and empowered. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and together we will find a path forward that fits your family’s values and strengths.
