In this outpatient counseling safe place, all ADULT clients (18+) will receive quality service from the Brief Solution Focus, Narrative therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches to treatment . Together we will navigate through grief and bereavement issues, adjustment issues, Divorce, relationship codependency issues, PTSD, Anger management. parenting, accepting healthy self, with competence, knowledge, and compassion.
Primary therapy approach is CBT to identify and break destructive patterns; Motivational Interviewing to empower you; Mindfulness techniques to practice calming, grounding, and de-stressing skills on your journey to achieving freedom; other client specific approaches as needed. Client focus are Dual Diagnosis, Spirituality, Sexual Trauma, Domestic Violence.
The mission is to collaborate uniquely with you for empowerment/restoration of your best level of health; to help you be progressively free from distress.
