I am honored that you stopped by and are considering therapy as you navigate the journey toward personal fulfillment. Starting therapy can be overwhelming especially for those who have not had the opportunity to engage in it before. My practice is rooted in social justice and intersectionality from which I honor the lived experiences and wisdom of my clients. I have over 5 years of experience in community-based mental health and providing trauma informed care.

My specialties include helping young adults and families from marginalized communities (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Low SES) manage the stressors of modern life in order to cultivate self-awareness, self worth, and personal growth. Together we tailor evidence-based treatments such as TF-CBT, EMDR, and Narrative Therapy to process lived experiences and center joy.
