Therefore, my priority as a therapist is to create an inclusive therapeutic space where you feel safe and comfortable being yourself. My practice is rooted in social justice and intersectionality; consequently, I approach the lived experiences and innate wisdom of my clients with curiosity and compassion. As a client-centered therapist, I seek to affirm the dignity and worth of all my clients.
My specialties include helping individuals from marginalized communities (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Low SES) manage the stressors of modern life to cultivate self-awareness, self-worth, and personal growth.
