Are you feeling stuck, hurt, or in repeating patterns? I work with womxn, minority groups, trauma survivors & men willing to engage in deeper emotional work. My ideal client is seeking to process and resolve traumas, make sense of their lives, and wanting to explore their identities and purpose. Their goals might include emotional regulation, healing past wounds, and understanding themselves more fully to create a life that feels meaningful and aligned. I draw from evidence-based practices while also building practical tools for client use. As part of holistic care, I support coordination around medication management.
