I work with womxn, minority groups, trauma survivors, and men who are willing to go deeper emotionally. My ideal client feels lost, hurt, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating. Many sense there’s more to how they can feel, and how life could be. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply individualized. I will support clients on their healing journey to recover from trauma, understand themselves more fully, and feel empowered in their lives. I work exclusively via telehealth with clients in Colorado.
In our first sessions, my priority is creating a safe, validating space where trust can grow. We take time to understand your story before moving into deeper trauma-focused work. I draw from evidence-based practices while also building practical tools for emotional regulation. As part of holistic care, I support coordination around medication management.
I see myself as a trained guide, supporting you in finding your own answers. Having experienced therapy firsthand, I bring both professional training and lived understanding into the room. While grounded in evidence-based care (EMDR, mindfulness, parts-work & more), I’m especially attuned to clients who see mental health as part of a larger life journey.
