I work with womxn, minority groups, trauma survivors, and men who are willing to go deeper emotionally. Many of my clients see therapy as a personal journey—I specialize in supporting them to recover from trauma, understand themselves more fully, and feel empowered in their lives. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply individualized. I work exclusively via telehealth with clients in Colorado.
In our first sessions, my priority is creating a safe, validating space where trust can grow. We take time to understand your story before moving into deeper trauma-focused work. I draw from evidence-based practices while also building practical tools for emotional regulation. As part of holistic care, I support coordination around medication management.
I see myself as a trained guide, supporting you in finding your own answers. Having experienced therapy firsthand, I bring both professional training and lived understanding into the room. While grounded in evidence-based care (EMDR, mindfulness, parts-work & more), I’m especially attuned to clients who see mental health as part of a larger life journey.
