Since becoming a mom, you may feel like your partner and yourself are on autopilot and don't connect anymore. By acknowledging that you need some extra support, you can take the first steps to feeling more hopeful about this new adventure. You can work towards trusting yourself and others. You can be present in the moment for child, yourself and your loved ones and not lost in your self-critical thoughts.

Through our work together, you can develop confidence in your ability to manage daily struggles. I help women find their true self when they strip away their roles of mother and partner. You can be more self-compassionate and slow down to enjoy the small moments in life.
