About
Welcome! Life brings about challenges that can leave us feeling fragmented and disconnected. I view my role as empowering you to overcome these challenges by tapping into your innate desire to adapt, change, and grow, as well as, helping you identify negative thinking or behavior patterns that no longer serve you. I empower my clients to work through their problems that feel overwhelming and move toward freedom, acceptance, healing, and connection.
I have expertise in working with adolescents and adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions that can make it difficult to navigate life. I also enjoy working and offering support for caregivers struggling with the parent-child relationship. My style is authentic and relational.
What sets me aside from other therapists, is my ability to meet you where you are. You can expect an inclusive, understanding, non-judgmental, and supportive counselor. I am no stranger to the lifelong road we walk in our mental health journey, and I devote my life to helping teens and adults as they walk this path.
