I utilize an integrative approach using multiple therapeutic modalities while leaning on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic-based therapies. I am EMDR trained and have extensive experience working with neurodivergence (including ADHD and Autism), trauma, and dissociation.
Every person deserves a place to show up as they are. My office is ADA accessible, and focused on affirming all identities including the LGBTQ+ community. I am also trained in providing letters to those seeking trans-affirming healthcare, and provide supervision for those seeking LCSW licensure.
