My work is trauma-informed and relational, guided by curiosity, respect, and acceptance. I'm a Brainspotting therapist who also uses somatic and parts work and polyvagal theory to support nervous system regulation, self-understanding, and deep healing and growth. I also believe in the therapeutic value of humor and laughter.
