I am a Resident in Counseling with a Master’s in Art Therapy from The George Washington University. I help clients use art materials to self-express, reflect, and grow, fostering a therapeutic space rooted in safety, understanding, creativity, and nonjudgment. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential approaches. As an art therapist, I meet clients where they are—both in their artistic expression and in their mental health journeys.
