I work with children, adolescents, and young adults to manage ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, and life transitions-utilizing strengths based, solution focused practices that are goal oriented and targeted at measurable change.
The primary focus of my work is building a therapeutic relationship and safe space with individuals that will allow for an opportunity to more effectively manage behavioral challenges, navigate peer and school related stress, and build self esteem, acting as a supportive member on your team.
I approach my work with clients from a place of connection and understanding, taking the time to embrace and acknowledge the individuality of each client, their unique experiences, environment, and challenges. Building new skills to challenge historic thinking patterns can take time and demands patience and presence.
What I enjoy most about my role as a clinician is the opportunity to connect with and support individuals navigating through life transitions, developmental setbacks, social barriers, self-esteem, or that harsh inner critic, and act as a guide to the launch of an empowering shift for my clients.
