I am dedicated to helping individuals grow, heal, and find their true selves. I believe that the therapy space needs to be one of complete safety, where clients feel empathized with, seen, understood, and free to be who they really are. I help clients discover and take pride in their strengths, solve complicated problems, find self-compassion, and gain a deeper understanding of how they got here and where they are going.
I primarily work with women, couples, teens, and the LGBTQ+ community helping with relationships, self-compassion, growth, and goals. I like to use the therapy space as one where we can collaborate and make discoveries together. I believe in the validity and uniqueness of each individual, and my goal is to get to know YOU and to honor who you really are.
I first discovered therapy as a client, so I understand just how hard it can be to get started. I am here to hold you through each step in the process—to listen, provide you with the support that you deserve, and to help you understand, discover, heal, and achieve. I'm excited to work together and find your best self.

Life After Transition
It can be hard to be trans, even after transition. Life After Transition is a group for trans people who consider their transition complete. We support one another with subjects including community, safety, bodies, and identities. This group is for those who: *Have finished their transition but still want support around being trans; *Feel challenged by navigating coming out and building relationships; *Can sometimes be haunted their past; *Feel unsettled by anti-trans rhetoric and legislative attacks; *Want a safe space to talk and build connections.
