About
My passion and dedication to this work lies in that asking for help is not a sign of weakness. Everyone at some point in their life has had some frictions or challenges and need support to get through those times. I work experientially and relationally. Welcoming clients to tell their stories, histories, and important aspects of life.
I also invite them to become aware of how they feel as they are sharing with me. By tuning into their bodies - body sensations, gestures, breath, emotions, eye contact, etc. Together, over time we discover significant and often transformative information about core patterns, beliefs, and ways of relating.
I am trained in DBT, Mindful practices, Formative Psychology and Family Constellation work. My professional life is further informed by meditation, non-violent communication, relational neuroscience and BCST. Also, refer to types of therapy offered below. I am a committed learner who stands for social justice and the equality of all.
