Sometimes we encounter problems or life changes that are difficult to face, causing us to feel overwhelmed, unworthy, and isolated. We are often inundated with messages about how we ought to live our lives, dictating the way we are supposed to look, behave, and even feel. Our goals and values can feel out of reach; I aim to bring these forward by offering a supportive, collaborative, and empowering therapeutic environment.
I believe that examining the context of a person’s life is vital to understanding the problems they face. It is also my belief that alongside problems live inherent strengths and skills that may go unnoticed or undervalued, and drawing upon these resources paves the way for enacting meaningful change.
I am interested in helping clients foster long-lasting healing while embracing vulnerability and connection. Please feel free to reach out for an initial phone call if you're interested in working together.
