From there, we can heal past traumas and improve your life. In addition, I include CBT and DBT in sessions to aid in behavioral changes.
I have experience working in a University setting, in residential substance use treatment, intensive outpatient substance use treatment, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and private practice. My areas of focus are mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction, trauma/PTSD, and personality disorders.
