I am a Holistic Somatic Psychotherapist and Certified Body Mind Coach. My approach is integrative. The foundation of my work is awareness through inner healing. Moving out of Anxiety helps you heal grief and anxiety resulting from death of a loved one, miscarriage, divorce and issues related to the pandemic. Together we work on developing understanding how and why we hurt and how we heal. Calming your nervous system is the first matter we address on this healing journey.
