My mission is to make every client that enters my office feel safe and welcome. I seek to have my clients be their own unique person with a voice that is heard. I strive to help the client to not only solve the issue but get to the root of the problem so that clients can proceed in the right direction and advance toward a healthier and more productive future.
I specialize in working with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents with mental illnesses or just everyday people with everyday problems by using a holistic and integrative approach. I combine various elements of different theories and strategically use these techniques and psychotherapy tools to best suit each particular client and problem.
I am a graduate of Chicago State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. I obtained my Master of Arts degree from the Illinois School of Professional Pschology at Argosy University Chicago. I have worked in the field for 16 years helping individuals become their best selves.
