In a post-pandemic world that often feels like a dumpster fire, we all know now that everyone could benefit from a little therapy, even if only to have a space to cry and vent. While I am certainly happy to hold space for tears and venting, I am also very passionate about helping folks get in touch with their higher self.
When we take time to reflect on our values, desires and goals in life, and assess how our thoughts, beliefs and behaviors may be at odds with those things, we start to correct our course to find a path to success and happiness. Since that assessment process can be tough, I use a gentle approach as I challenge my clients to develop their self-awareness.
When we radically accept who we are and understand the challenges we face, we are able to find alignment and trust within ourselves, and we can greatly improve our connections with others as a result. Co-hosted by Jessica Bahr, this online group is for adults who feel like they don't quite belong in straight or queer spaces, to explore the issues unique to bisexual and pansexual folks. Our group's focus is on building community, exploring identity, and helping you to live authentically as a bi or pan human.
