Whether you’ve experienced complex trauma, are worried that your issues aren’t “big enough”, or fall somewhere in between, therapy is for you. I use a strengths based, trauma-informed, psychodynamic approach rooted in a safe, secure therapeutic relationship to help you become conscious of the patterns and cycles that are impacting your life. I am committed to exploring the fit of each therapeutic relationship and approach as it connects to your process and goals, developing a collaborative relationship and trusting you as the expert of your experience.
Through experience working with complex PTSD, I have developed a trauma-informed lens. If you need help understanding your reactions to certain situations, we can explore together and develop insight and coping tools. I am also trained in EMDR, a therapeutic method clinically proven to help individuals heal from emotional pain from traumatic experiences.
