With over 20 years of experience, I combine evidence-based therapy with somatic (body-based) approaches, mindfulness, and nature-informed practices. Together we'll strengthen your nervous system, build practical coping skills, and reconnect you with yourself so you can navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
