I'm a certified Hypnotherapist, EMDR trained and holistic psychotherapist with 25 years of experience. I work with high school seniors and adults of all ages, but love working with those over 45. Clients are seen in my conveniently located private practice in Brecksville, Ohio which has a space for experiential mindfulness/wellness and somatic activities.
I know how difficult it is to reach out for help as well as to find the right therapist and "fit". One of my biggest aims is to build a solid foundation and trusting relationship so that we can go on your journey to wellness together. I've created a safe and comfortable space for therapy to occur.
