We all want to feel confident, balanced and happy. The reality is we get stuck, frustrated, hurt, disappointed and sad...These periods of personal struggle can be an opportunity for growth and hope instead of continued hurt and personal crisis. Talking to a therapist offers an avenue to understand what is happening to you and your relationships (ie. with loved ones, friends, family, and of course yourself). It is an experience that can help you feel listened to, understood, and help you find solutions to improve how you feel and live.

I am an experienced therapist who primarily works with young adults ranging from age 21 to 35 years old who are experiencing unhappiness, frustration, anxiety, and difficulty managing relationships. My approach to therapy/counseling is supportive, understanding, and hopeful. Choosing to come to therapy is the first step of taking control of your well being.
