Due to high demand, I currently maintain a waitlist for new clients. This isn’t about popularity—it’s about how many people have struggled to find a therapist who actually reflects their values. If you believe we’d be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out anyways—spots do open especially in summer, and I’d be glad to add you to my list. I offer results-driven, no-fluff telehealth therapy for men and women who value personal responsibility, structure, and conservative-leaning principles that are often hard to find in Vermont’s therapy scene.

Greetings and welcome to my page! I work with people who are seeking help with life transitions, identity work (gender, sexuality, LGBTQ+, race, and all other identities), neurodiversity, relationship issues with themselves and others, and all of the emotions and anxiety that may come with. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, supportive, and encourages you to explore your emotions and challenges in a way that feels safe. I believe our challenges do not need to stop us from living our best lives, and that working towards personal goals and values is a path to change.

Now in-person at my Manchester, VT office, or online in all "Psypact" states.
I named my practice "Confluence Psychotherapy" because a confluence is the point when two rivers meet - a point when together what has been separate becomes fuller, deeper, more powerful together. Like a moment when you lose yourself in dance or play, the right connection can help us to find what we need in unexpected and surprising ways. Good therapy can be like that - at times difficult but in the end, exhilarating. I specialize in working through trauma of all forms with older teens and adults of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds.

I am welcoming online therapy clients Tues at 11am, Wed 2-4pm.
You are not broken - you are realigning. Whether you’re moving through a life transition or feeling disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed, you’re not alone. These responses are signals, not flaws. Our bodies hold onto the stories, stress, and trauma of our past, and they also hold the key to healing. I offer somatic, breath-informed therapy to support you in slowing down, tuning in, and releasing the weight of what you've been carrying so that you can move forward with more ease, clarity, and connection. This is your invitation to feel at home in your body & your life.

Is your marriage in trouble? Have you been trying to find a good solution and haven't found the right help yet? No one is ever taught how to be in a healthy romantic relationship, so it's not surprising that 50% of marriages end in divorce while another 30% of couples report significant challenges. If you have been struggling with communication issues, resentment, an affair, or a sexless marriage, then I can help. Unfortunately, almost half of the couples who get divorced report they regret it later. So before you make such an important decision about your future, let me help you give your marriage the best chance at success.

Openings for two new clients in June '25. My aim is to help you address problematic ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving that contribute to greater anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia/sleep issues. The goal is to assist you in reaching a position of appreciation for your genuine self (for you are the perfect you!) and an acceptance of the events that occur in your life. I would be honored to take part in your journey of discovering the narratives which potentially distort reality and lead to discomfort, diminished self-worth, or other barriers to attaining contentment.

I help individuals, couples, and families shift the patterns that live deeper than words. And for those ready to grow in community, I lead ongoing, small-group experiences focused on emotional maturity and relational depth. You can learn more via the “My Website” link on this profile.

Recovery is possible. I know this deep in my bones, because I have walked this path myself. If you're struggling with food and body concerns, you're not alone. Maybe you are a college students balancing self-care with academic pressure, a parent hoping to break harmful cycles for your children, or a woman trying to more peacefully navigate postpartum or midlife body changes amidst diet culture's predatory messaging. Or maybe you are just plain exhausted by constant thoughts about eating, weight, or appearance. Whatever brings you here, you deserve to take up space and live according to your values, not societal expectations.

I like to start by building trust and finding out what goals you want to set for yourself. A safe, encouraging atmosphere with no authoritarian or shaming attitudes is important. Humor is useful with couples, families or teens. Role-plays are a fun way to practice new relationship skills.

I help clients feel less anxious and more authentic in their relationships. I believe that many people experience struggle in their lives as a result of growing distant from their emotional compasses. I work with individual clients and couples to reconnect with these aspects of their experiences. I also offer supervision services to fellow therapists who are working toward licensure.

Your relationship with food and your body has taken over your life, and you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and alone. You may be fed up with the shame, tired of having no control, or sick of feeling isolated. You might not even remember a time things didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to leave the eating disorder behind. You want to feel confident and in control of your emotions. Most of all, you’re ready to reconnect with yourself.

Because I work with vulnerable/marginalized people as well military folks I will no longer keep client information anywhere online including electronic health records and progress notes.
If white knuckling, self shaming, and pulling yourself up by your bootstraps worked, you’d be “cured” a billion times over. It doesn’t. At least not for me or people whose brains are different. Our minds race and it feels impossible to turn off and rest. Sometimes we use substances or other behaviors in a harmful way just to get through the day. There’s more to life out there. A more peaceful and meaningful life is possible. We need to go deeper and get to the root of things. I’ll go with you. Unable to take insurance.
