Motherhood is a transformative experience that is often beautiful, overwhelming, lonely, and exhausting all at once. If you're a new mom who's feeling anxious, sad, or like you're barely holding it together, you are not alone. Perhaps your birth or postpartum experience didn’t go as planned, or you’re grieving a loss that still feels heavy. You miss feeling like you, and you’re not sure how to find her again. I work with mothers navigating the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Together, we’ll slow down, create space for your needs, and help you connect to this new version of yourself.

Most people have experienced at least one traumatic event in their lifetime. Trauma can have deep and wide-ranging impacts on a person's life, influencing mood, relationships, self-image, worldview, and daily functioning for years after the trauma has happened.
I work by getting to know you and the experiences that have shaped you, illustrating connections between past and present so that you can build a brighter, healthier future where you, not your trauma, are in the driver's seat.

Do you have past trauma that you still carry around despite your best efforts to cope? This trauma could be a single event, years of smaller incidents, a negative self- statement that's been with you forever, or a loss of some kind. Sometimes talk therapy doesn't actually solve the core issue and you continue to have overwhelming feelings when it comes up for you. I use a combination of EMDR, Brainspotting, and Parts Work to work on these core issues. This can be done as a stand-alone therapy or as an adjunct to talk therapy.

I work with high-achieving adults who are ready to move beyond simply managing their lives to creating meaningful change. Many of my clients excel professionally and appear successful from the outside, yet struggle with chronic anxiety, overthinking, or an inability to truly relax and be present. I understand the unique challenges that come with being someone others rely on while feeling depleted yourself. My approach combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of how the mind, body, and spirit interconnect in healing. I hold Master's degrees in Social Work and Psychology from Columbia University, with specialized training

Using a variety of modalities we will work together to explore what will be most helpful for you at this time emotionally, mentally, and behaviorally. I use a firm but kind approach to help clients challenge what "keeps them stuck" and also practice acceptance in the ultimate goal of growth, understanding, and being an active participant in life.

My ideal clients are adults and teens exhausted by their own minds — caught in cycles of worry, heaviness, or the disorientation of a life that has shifted beneath them. They arrive knowing something is wrong, but struggling to separate what is real from what anxiety or depression is telling them. Together, we learn to identify those patterns, regulate without escaping, and gradually return to the things that matter most. I want every client to understand this clearly: you are not your disorder. It is something that happens to you — not something you are. That distinction changes everything.

Are you struggling with sadness? Unhappy in your current life situation? Do you feel stuck? The daily stresses of life can build until we feel completely overwhelmed with life. Sometimes we feel lost, alone, or depressed; we may even feel confused and hopeless about the future. These feelings are very ‘normal,’ yet most of us feel as if we're falling apart. Whether your journey involves healing from childhood wounds, achieving greater self-awareness and self-esteem, or improving relationships, let me help facilitate change using your inner resources, while we work collaboratively in a safe and supportive environment.
