Special interest and training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples and Individual Therapy).

Are you looking for support navigating your teens or twenties? Early adulthood is full of transition and expectations which can be exciting and stressful. This stage of life often comes with unexpected curveballs and maybe some relationships that are challenging to manage - can you relate? You need someone you can be genuine and unfiltered with to make the most of your time in therapy. Someone who knows how to offer support for what you're going through (that isn't your parents or best friend). I'm here for exactly that, to process these challenges and provide professional support in a relaxed environment.
