My practice's approach is person centered and I believe in working towards building a strong therapeutic alliance in order to build trust and predictability within a therapeutic relationship. My practice promotes the concept of harm reduction and strongly encourages multiple paths to recovery.

Ideally, I’m looking to connect with a client’s desire to move forward and make change in life and to progress through challenges, as well as through traumas. With older teenagers, adults and parents dialogue is the primary foundation to build a therapeutic relationship. With children, it is my experience being more playful and more body-based is a fun and effective therapeutic relationship.
