Hi, my name is Verlon Green, I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSWS). I have been providing psychotherapy for 14 years. My passion is helping others restore their sense of peace and calm by assisting them to strengthen their ability to bounce back from adverse situations. My therapeutic approach is CBT. I believe you in holistic approach to therapy. Your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health (whatever that is to you) all have to be in a health state to heal from life changes. Changing the way, you think about your situation is the beginning of healing.
I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I find that I work better with adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, grief and life changes because adolescents and adults are usually willing and ready for help.
Therapy is all about the client. I am open, nonjudgmental and informal. I provide a supportive and encouraging environment. I work with client to identify what their end goals are and how to reach their goals to restore balance.
