I am a Christian therapist and I specialize in addictions and compulsions and recovery from them (both chemical and process), codependency/emotional dependency and recovery, anger issues, anxiety and depression, family of origin trauma and unresolved conflicts, trauma due to abuse and mistreatment, marital conflict and difficulty with intimacy, patterned avoidance, empowerment in communication and assertiveness training, personality pattern-based behaviors, parenting support and skill work, and any challenge relating to faith and spiritual development.

Identifying patterns of deprivation and compulsion that keep you from nurturing yourself to fulfillment.
